Download & Extract Demo
Download your CS2 match demo file and extract it if needed.
Files are typically .dem format

Upload Demo File
Click "Choose File" to select your demo, then click "Extract Voices". Click play to listen to each player's voice.

Listen to Voice Comms
Download the voice you want to report and upload it in the ticket.
Download and upload the relevant voice file in your support ticket.
Important Notes
- •This is a beta test version. Processing may take longer depending on server load.
- •Demo parsing typically takes around 40 seconds, but may be longer for bigger files.
